Position Description

Manager Hospice - RN required-326675
Description
This position requires a RN license in the state of Colorado. Manager will be responsible for managing a team virtually in the Boulder/Denver area with expected travel within a 50 mile radius. Responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of terminal patients and their families. Also responsible for clinical care and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating) as it relates to end of life palliative care.

Qualifications
  • Unrestricted, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
  • Bachelors Degree required/Masters Preferred (i.e. MBA, Masters Health Administration)
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience.
  • Prefer homehealth, hospital and/or nursing home experience.
  • Prefer experience supervising virtual team.
  • Solid experience setting the team's direction, resolving problems and providing guidance to team members.
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
